These individuals are then discreetly approached and assessed for the role. Your consultant will then meet with you and will present the details of shortlisted candidates. At every stage of the process we keep in contact with the candidate and at the crucial offer stage we deal with buy-back situations ensuring that the candidate is fully aware of the implications of counter offers. We then keep in regular contact with the candidate through any period of gardening leave and also throughout their first few weeks of employment in their new position reporting back to you on any potential concerns.
